A Fabry Perot Cavity allows to increase the directivity of a low gain antenna by putting in the top of cavity a superstrate with high permittivity such as a ceramic (er=10.2).
However, according to my knowledge, some liquids have very high permittivity as water er=80.
we can put this liquids in box with a low permittivity.
What do you think about this idea?
I think that your idea has sense to test in Ansys HFSS. I tested few constructions of a new type of dual-band broadband antennas that are integrated into the vehicle wheels, which were contacted in water and have positive results. Dear Mohamed Aymen El Cafsi , in 2020 I tested in Ansys HFSS the DRA with epsilon 81 - 100 and the coaxial feeder port, which depicted in the picture. This design gives a good VSWR and Return Loss. I think that this design of DRA is similar to your idea.

However, does the radiation patterns with liquids are stables?
Do liquids can react with plane waves inside resonant cavity?

The radiation patterns with liquids are stables if liquid will stable. In this regard, such design can be used predominantly for stationary devices. But in my opinion, the better solution for Fabry-Perot Resonator will be using metamaterials:

May be the instability can create multiple diffractions in random way and create an simulteneous multibeams radiation patterns which can be used in specific applications.
It may depend on the frequency as water has been used to design absorbers at high frequencies [1]. [2]. At low frequencies, it was used as a partially reflective surface for gain enhancement [3].

Thank you @Boyuan Ma. Your answer confirm that liquids can be used for gain enhancement using PRS surface (may be inside a Resonant Fabry Perot) which i thought.
What is the geometry of interfacing surface, it may work as a lens antenna and reaching to something nice.
