I do not think 35 °C should change your solution. Colleagues of mine experienced formation of some kind of fluffy material in TRIS buffers. If this happens to you, you should better prepare yourself a new stock solution. Otherwise Nemzer & Dickson (2005) have shown that (lower concentrated) TRIS buffer solutions in seawater can be stable for quite some time.

If you open the bottle often or don't have it sealed properly your solution might take up CO2, which reduces the pH.

The answer is really helpful.

Unfortunately I found the fluffy things at the bottom of the tris bottle today. I searched and understood that these things are probably fungi. I threw out the buffer and washed the bottle with boiling water and then autoclaved it. I want to start making some new buffer tomorrow.

The worst part of today:

At first I didn't see the materials, they were really small, so I used the buffer for DNA extraction, I lost a lot of time and of course some specimens... just wrote these things to remember...
