Dear all,
did any of you already try to obtain sarcospheres from a continuous cell line of a canine osteosarcoma ? Do you have some nice protocol to suggest (if it is published we are glad to cite it) or some nice recommendations about sarcospheres?
we are working with D17 cell line at the moment but we will probably take into consideration to have more continuous cell lines and also primary ones.
