Hello, I am trying to stain primary, dissociated mouse cortex and spinal cord cultures with NeuN. I will be using a mouse clone A60 monoclonal antibody from EMD Millipore (Cat. #MAB377) as the primary antibody, as well as Alexa Fluor 546 goat anti-mouse IgG from Invitrogen (Cat. #A11003) as the secondary antibody.

I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for the dilution for each of these antibodies, as well as what type of blocker I should use (BSA, goat serum, etc.).
