Is it ok to titrate new antibodies at a low cell concentration like 100,000 cells per 100 uL instead of 1x10^6 cells per 100 uL? I want to titrate four new antibodies at 4-5 different dilutions to get a nice curve but I don't currently have 9,000,000 cells in culture right now, so I want to know if lowering the cell concentration per tube would have a major effect on my results for the titration.

The number of cells would not matter. You will find the same titration behavior whether you use 1 million or 100,000 cells. Antibody titrations are not expressed as antibody mass per number of cells. The relevant value is antibody concentration, namely, µg/ml.
