Here are some impactful practices that I believe Teachers can readily embrace:

i) Continuous Professional Development (CPD): Engaging in ongoing professional development programs that focus on technology integration in teaching can be highly effective. These programs can introduce teachers to new tools & strategies while providing opportunities for hands-on practice.

ii) Collaborative Learning Communities: Joining or forming communities of practice among the colleagues can facilitate knowledge sharing & collaboration. These communities allow teachers to learn from one another & co-create resources & strategies.

iii) Curriculum Alignment: Ensuring that technology integration aligns with curriculum goals is essential. When teachers understand how technology enhances content delivery & pedagogy, it becomes easier to create meaningful learning experiences.

Ongoing challenges that I currently anticipate on the horizon:

i) Time Constraints: Teachers often face time constraints due to their heavy workloads. Finding time for professional development & experimenting with new technologies can be challenging. I, too, encountered a similar issue.

ii) Technological Access and Resources: Disparities in access to technology & resources among schools & districts can hinder the implementation of TPACK. Not all teachers have access to the same tools & infrastructure.

iii) Lack of Training: Inadequate training & support for teachers can hinder their ability to effectively integrate technology. In my opinion, high-quality training programs are often essential.

In summary, I think obtaining TPACK is actually an ongoing process that requires a commitment to professional development & a willingness to adapt to the changing educational landscape. Hope this helps.
