R2: Genomics Analysis and Visualization Platform question. Is there a case like this?

I analyzed the neuroblastoma gene on the R2 (https://r2.amc.nl/), and i did Kaplan- Meier. That time KOCAK says the high is worse, and SEQC says low is worse, but is there a case like this? Can you suggest another solution?
