Is there is any running problem within a irregular separating gel? I am having this problem during making separating gel.Sometimes it smooth and regular base but sometimes it has irregular shape. It really wastage my time to randomly making gel.I didn't try to running in irregular gel.Needs a suggestion from expertise.should i use irregular gel or not?

I think the problem is your gel casting and set up if i get you right,I will advise you to take proper care in your gel casting.(1)ALWAYS make sure that your glass plates(spacer and short plate) align well.(2)Ensure that your glass plates are not chipped to avoid leakage.(3)Ensure that your glass plates are cleaned properly.(4) flush the bottom edges of plates against the grey pad of the casting stand.(5)Clamp the casting frame into the casting stand before pouring your gel solution into it.

If i understand correctly you're bothered by the top of the separating gel being irregular.
Are you adding butanol or water after pouring the separating gel? If not, that could be your answer, butanol is preferred but water works too. Add gently and evenly to a height of about 1 cm above the separating gel, wait for it to solidify then just decant and dry out the rest with filter paper if you want.
Yes i added butanol after pouring the separating gel. I think Adesola Julius Tola is right .May be i have the setting problem.
But my confusion its not leakage when i check with water after setting the cascade. But it leakage after adding the gel.When it leakage again i replace with left gel.Might be it is a one reason .Because, inside the cascade the rest gel is almost solidified. If i replace gel again its not match with it.That's why it makes a irregular and non smooth shape.
Sorry I'm having some trouble understanding your English, do you mean when you add the separating gel it is leaking from the bottom? This can happen if the clamp has lost its strength over time or the rubber pad maybe deteriorated in quality, what you can do is spread some petroleum-jelly (Vaseline) on the rubber pad that you put the plate on . Should solve that problem for you.

I am sure that you are having 'irregular layer' of separating gel because of adding separating gel in different time intervals. I have experienced this problem before and solved it by casting the separating gel at once.
