Please list useful academic papers and your own experience in terms of challenges faced and successful culture change within your organisation.
For example what tools and techniques did you use, what worked and also what failed.

All, this is a question I asked a 6 months ago with little interest. However, culture change is key in my current role and I am still interested in research on culture change and peoples experience of culture change good and bad in their companies or institutes.

Thanks for your contribution by culture change in an organisation I mean if the employees in a company are accustomed to carrying out work one particular way. Then you try to implement something new and different. How then do you tackle this culture change within the organisation?
How is do you get people in board?
What challenges did you have?
What successes did you have?
Cultural change is also due to certain natural conditions or human actions. Change can also be spontaneous, planned, or self-intended; it may be done over a long period, or briefly. This means that the concept of change in itself is neutral, because developments in culture can take a positive direction, may grow negatively, lead to growth and prosperity, and may lead to withering, collapse, or at least contraction.
It also implies the need to exclude certain inherited cultural elements, which demonstrate their inability to harmonize and harmonize with the new elements, and thus have to be abandoned and discarded. This exclusion is often delayed until after the initial trial period of the invention or renewal, which we might call a "transition period", in which the lack of agreement between some new elements and the old elements is clearly demonstrated. After this exclusion, a new integration is achieved.
Changing culture is like changing tradition and your background. This happens when you change your location, religion or married. With this, you buy into a new culture, where your old belief is totally abandoned or partially neglected.
Cultural change may occur for reasons of integration with the new society
In publishing, the culture is changing to open access with the university or research institution in the role of moderator because they will determine what journals they will move from subscriptions to pre-payment on behalf of the faculty/students. In the US, the culture is shifting to non-tolerance for those who are actual natural born citizens!
Culture change reflects in the change of environment, change of people, change of attitude and behaviour, work culture etc. Change in culture helps us to know where we are and gives us a chance of up gradation. Speaking to the people in a new environment gives us a chance to think of ourselves and need of the society. Adjustment culture will also be developed in this environment.
