Recently I have been blotting PD-L1 in lung cancer cell line , but I got different results every time even with the sample protein sample, I have been different PD-L1 antibodies but I still got controversial results, is anybody had this problem or know what could be the issue here, thank you in advance

The expression of PDL-1 protein in cancer could depend on many factors. Tumorigenesis and immune regulation is complex and this area needs to be explored. There is a possibility that PDL-1 expression could be under tight regulation and controlled by other genes or transcriptional co activators. So some lung cancer cell lines may express low level of PDL-1 while others may express high levels of PDL-1.

If your control is also providing ambigious results, this could be a sign that your method of protein extraction or the control itself is somehow flawed.
While your control remains controversial, it will be difficult to assess where the problem in your blotting lies.
What is your methodology/control?
May be the PDL-1 expression is not constant in your cell line.
Many phenomena are cyclical in cell biology and strongly dependent on cell cycle.
