I am curious about any notable mutations in the Capan-2 pancreatic adenocarcinoma cell line. I know Capan-2 has a KRAS mutation, but are there any other notable mutations, such as of tumor suppressor genes, that I should be aware of?
Go, you have to be very careful with your information and when you reply on a forum. Capan-2 cell line is not wt for TP53 gene. It has a mutation at codon 125.

This synonymous mutation close to the intron junction is very well known to be deleterious as it changes TP53 splicing.
Several publications have described this mutation in Capan-2 cell line and it is also described in the cosmic database.
