NaOH solution preparation?

I know it's kind of a basic question but how do I prepare a solution of NaOH(pH=12)(100ml)? I have done the calculation but seem to be not getting the result.

.01M solution would be ph12 ie .04gms in 100ml would correspond to approximately 12. You need to standardize using standard oxalic acid.
