Hi, the miRNA database gives the miRNA sequence. Correct me if I am wrong, the database doesn't provide primer sequence right?

In miRBase, IF KNOW THE MIRNA NAME and check there then that database provides the stem loop sequence of miRNA where you can tally the sequence what u have since for miRNA primer synthesis that sequence will needed..
