We are in need of primers for a PCR protocol for chicken genome. We are looking at the COI barcode, 648-bp fragment of the 5' end of COI. Specifically Primers FalcFA, BirdR1, CO1_ExtF, CO1_ExtR.
Could anyone provide me with a source of where I can purchase these from?

Do you have these primer sequences?
You can order them from pretty much any usual primer manufacturers (I'm not sure what you have in Oz), but Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), Eurofins, Thermo Fisher Scientific as examples: you can then either enter the sequences manually or for bigger batches they'll have Excel templates so you can download them, enter your primer info and upload & order.
