I am working on inhibitory mechanism of Advanced glycation end products. I have discovered various new potent antiglycation agents by using standard fluorescence detection method. Later on I tried to find exact glycation sites on protein molecules which are glycated by methylglyoxal molecule. But unfortunately still unable to get desired results. Please suggest a method which I can use for detection of glycation sites before and after addition my test compounds.
