kindly. i tried to homogenize the liquid seed of ganoderma lucidum for inoculationon CYM liquid media in stress experiment. and I wanted to make sure that my inoculum is homogenous so i used a food blender for 9 minutes , and unxpectedly the inocula failed to form the pellets which were always formed under mild homogenization in previous experiments. and the growth on cym apppeared as fragmented mycelia but the growth was equivalent to far extent in all cym flasks. and that was my aim because my stress experiment will depend mainly on the dry weight of mycelia under stress and stress alleviating substance with different concentrations. Kindly guide me if it is ok to consider this experiment in this way even though no characteristic pellets were formed.
