Are basidiospores of Ganoderma lucidum can be grown asexually into a mycelial stage on PDB or not because i need to use it as a homogenous inoculum ?

in fact , it is proplematic to homogenize mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum perfectly and I need a homogenous inoculum in an experiment with dry weight as a result. and so i need to have a homogenous inoculum and i found that homogenization of ganoderma lucidum liquid seed is proplematic. So, my question, is it reliable to buy Ganoderma lucidum masidiospores and use them as a homogenous spores suspension inoculum ?
