and i am going to apply a substance to alleviate this stress. So, which treatment time of stress should i treat with alleviating substance. i have read that 50% inhibition dose are used in co-treatment( i mean with the alleviating substance). is that a rule to use the 50% inhibition ,or otherwise should i choose the treatment which is the most affected by stress in my co-treatment - even if it is 100% inhibition dose of stress in my experiment?
i mean which time of stress will be better to show a significant effect of the alleviating substance that i am going to apply as a co treatment?
