If you are saying that media appeared cloudy then that could be bacterial contamination. However, these images are not indicating bacterial contamination. Bacterial will be vibrating or continuously moving tiny round structures or rod or thread-like structures. Fungal contamination emerges as a mesh-like structure or budding-like round structure. In your second image, some big mesh clusters can be seen but I am in doubt about them because those could be cell debris clusters possibly due to your transfection technique applied.
Yeast infection can look like 'bunch of grapes' - so somethings in your images look like this. as others say - wash culture and if re-apepar/keep growing = is yeast. it dissappears = probably cell death after transfection.
