We tried to reprogram MSC. After 29 days post-electroporation of episomal vector (carrying Yamanaka Factors), we found this on our culture (see pictures). Is it iPSC? we planned to terminate it if it is not iPSC. And is it normal for episomal reprogramming to take this long? as we thought that on day-14 we should already be able to see some iPSC colonies

they are partially reprogramming colonies, not iPSCs I'm afraid. iPSC colonies usually form a border separating them from surrounding cells. The attached picture is our iPSC colonies from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells emerged on day 22 post-electroporation using Yamanaka plasmid sets.
They do not seems to be iPSCs, which forms aggregates. I think you may try again, however reprogramming is a "low efficient" process. Maybe you may change something in your medium.
