I want to measure the neurite lengths of my cells. I discovered and downloaded the NeuriteTracer macro and plugins for ImageJ but I'm stuck at the manual for setting parameters, I'm getting the same error about prefixes and couldn't understand the problem actually. I have several groups with different toxin doses and multiple images for each group, I am not sure how to correctly name them and maybe that's the case for the software. Any clue or alternative way for measuring neurite length is appreciated.
