Hi everyone, is it possible to perform SU8-3050 spin coating under 1000 rpm?

Hello, ı want to produce a thick layer of SU8-3050 -more than 100 micrometers-. Instead of a double layer, can ı perform the spin coating under 1000 rpm, does it form a homogenous layer?
