I need to work on in vitro tumor model that will some what similar to the natural tumor. In the model to develop, macrophage (M2 phage) is very crucial including other cells that generally reside in tumor microenvironment in vivo.

I have used aggre well plates in the past for controlled cell number, density, identical size and shape of human ESC and iPSCs for the production of embryoid bodies (spherical 3D structures). maybe it'll be worth having a look.
