I was asked by my professor to isolate a single chromosome from my plant sample. I learned this could be done by flow karyotyping and then sorting using FACS. The thing is I don't know anyone in our area who does this approach. I don't want to give this up, I want to learn. Could anybody suggest any lab or company?
