These databanks are all good suggestions. I also used Cytoscape (http://www.cytoscape.org/) installed directly on my computer to visualize and manipulate protein interaction networks. I am still a beginner, but I think its a useful ressource.
If you want to see binary protein-protein interactions then use biogrid and intact. You will get protein complex data from others such as hprd and MINT. If you want predictions as well then string will give you nice networks. All of this you can import into cytoscape to view it as a single network.
