In fact, I want to measure intracellular Ca++ in a cell line but because of some financial problems we need a cheaper indicator than common fluorescent indicators.

Hi Amir !! For our experiments of calcium imaging of neuronal cells we use Oregon Green 488 : this molecule is captured by the cells or tissue and become fluorescent in presence of Ca2+ intracellular. Check out the link below, I hope it will help :
