I’m delving into the functionalities of the Cobas Z480 analyzer and I’m eager to learn not only its basic operating principles but also about the different real-time PCR tests, including both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Could anyone provide insights or direct me to resources that explain these tests in the context of the Cobas Z480?

I have a user guideline but I think it is too complicated for me.
