Is there a way to identify if a mutation in a promoter is increasing gene transcription? any application we could run a test for different mutations?
This has been done experimentally for decades, you can either use a reporter gene to measure level of expression with different promoter mutants, or you could use an in vitro technique like RT-PCR to measure the amount of transcript produced.
Can anyone share any reference that gives mouse specific CD3 antibody sequence. I have been searching for this since few days and no luck. Thank you very much
