Is there a way to buffer osmolarity similar to how pH can be buffered?

For instance, lets say I have a solution with a given osmolarity. Then I add salt, which would ideally increase the osmolarity. However, the osmolarity stays constant thanks to an osmolarity buffer. This could either be caused by molecules precipitating or molecules that somehow combine in solution.

Does this exist?
