Dear Researchers
I want to add Ascorbic Acid (AA) to PHB in order to improve its biodegradability.
AA is soluble in water but insoluble in those that are compatible with PHB (THF, Chloroform, ....).
I would love to see your suggestions!

Dear Mostafa Eesaee, first you can not call the PHB/AA a blend. If you Can not find a common solvent try a mixture of miscible solvents. AA is not soluble only in water. My Regards
