Hello. I am looking for a good choroidal endothelial cell line to
1- knockdown
2 - perform proliferation and migration assay.
I would prefer a murine cell line as I will also incubated these cells in conditioned media obtained from mouse microglia.

Hi Helene,
Your query led me to do an in depth survey of choroid endothelial cell lines and I found out that I was missing two such cell lines in the Cellosaurus, but they are of human origin. I prepared entries for the next release (Dec. 2021) which are found below.
But unfortunatly I could not find any mouse cell line.
