Hi people,

My immunofluorescence staining worked well for a long time, but when staining the last 3 plates, I expierence a fluorescent ring in the well (see the picture attached). In some wells it is more, in others it is less of that ring.

I used fresh primary and secondary antibody solutions, and washed even more times, but I still get the same result.

Do you have any idea where this could come from?
