I am using HT-29 cells, which are bing treated by food protein hydrolysates. The literature doesn't seem to be consistent on the concentration (mg/ml) of food proteins or peptides being used to treat these or other cells. In case of pure peptides the concentration range seem to be around 0.1- 10 microM. But when it comes to hydrolysates or intact proteins is anybody aware of a general consensus or articles published in this regard
