Hallo my colleagues,
I staind the PBMCs with CFSE for Proliferation and with CD3 PerCpCy5.5, i noticed that CFSE staining alone overlapped with CD3 PerCpCy5 , where i could not do the compensation well.
Has anyone an Idee About that?

It should not be like this.
CFSE spectrum should not overlap with perCP-Cy5.5 dye.
We look for proliferation of T cells by CFSE, and our CD3 earlier was in PerCP-Cy5.5, it never cause such issue.
Attached paper also have both markers together.
Tere may be a contamination issue.
