Is it possible to use Illumina's TruSeq Nano DNA Library Prep Kit together with NeoPrep Library Prep System for MiSeq FGx system?

Hi.

We are trying to buy MiSeq FGx for a forensic lab and we would like to add some automatation to the process. I know that Illumina says that NeoPrep Library Prep System is not suited for MiSeq FGx but some people say that it may work. Do you guys have some experience with that? Thank you.

It is not on the compatibility section of their website but that doesn't rule it out. I would ask them directly. With previous queries I've had a quick response, particularly on twitter.
