Hello everyone,

I want to perform western blotting and immunofluorescence on macrophages isolated from mouse lung. I tried cell sorting in FACS with negative staining but I did not harvested cells enough to quantified protein in western blotting. I also used anti-F4/80 non-conjugated beads with poor enrichment. I want to avoid to use conjugated antibodies for doing immunofluorescence without overlap. Do you know how I can do with beads, antibodies, or something else ? Do beads can impaire WB and IF ?
