I am trying to understand if I can do plant propagation with cuttings or tissue culture with microbial inoculant solution. Tissue culture requires sterilized environment so I don't if it will work with a microbial inoculant or effective microorganisms solution.

But be careful sometime a beneficial micro organis maybe pathogenic

In this sense, it would be difficult to avoid a competence in which plants will be probably beated. However, if you follow the same protocols for transformation with Agrobacterium, it seems possible: first, co-culture of plants with microorganisms to promote the colonization; afterward contamination must be controlled, and in a third step, promote the growth of plants.
