I want to deposit the composite oxide thin films like BaTiO3 or BiFeO3 by Electro deposition method instead of dip coating method , is it feasible or not?
You cannot deposit these oxides by electrodeposition. However, you can deposit these particles on an electrode by electrophoresis. It needs a high-voltage electric supply, non- or less-conductive media within which the powders are suspending. You will easily find details of the method in literatures.
Electrophoresis is unlikely to produce thin films of quality that is typically required for applications of such materials.
You may want to look into electroless plating that is often used for fabrication of ferrite films, see, for example, Applied Surface Science (Impact Factor: 2.54). 01/2007; 253(9):4119-4122. DOI: 10.1016/j.apsusc.2006.09.013
