Is it possible to calculate fold change in LAMP?

I have ran an experiment whereby I am comparing a control sample against a sample stimulated to increase expression of a certain biomarker and I have tested using RT-qLAMP. My results show a 7 minute difference in amplification.

Is it possible to calculate/estimate the fold-change difference in these results?
