We have conducted a prospective trial. A lesion was split into 2 parts. Part (A) was injected with treatment and Part (B) was injected with control/vehicle. Part (A) and (B) were tracked at 4 time points and measured.
What statistical test should I use to track the differences between (A) and (B) over the time points? I anticipate that the differences would be greatest at the last time point. Also, I have 10 participants in this study.

Repeated Measures ANOVA' with 'Time' as a within-subjects factor and 'Treatment' as a between-subjects factor. Consider post-hoc tests for the final time point.

As you described your design, both treatment and time are within subjects factors. Each participant has a treatment lesion and a control lesion. Thus your analysis is a two factor ANOVA with repeated measures on both factors.
