Do anyone know where I can find SILAC Schneider medium?
If does not exist, is there an easy to make it myself, like adding the isotope only in medium just lacking Lysin and Arginin?

you can make it by your self..what you need is a medium which does not have any ariginine and lysine ,,,next you add the right amount of heavy ariginine and heavy lysine...One important thing...you should use dylized serum instead of normal serum..that all ..
