Is it possible that, the blood biomarkers for hepatotoxicity (ALT, AST and ALP) could be severely decreased, compared to the normal control, in animal model of hepatotoxicity, after treatment period with a known hepatotoxic drug? if it is possible, what is the explanation? I already measured those parameters at time zero (before starting drug administration), and I found all the groups have the same range of levels

Increased ALT/AST is seen during acute/on going injury to hepatocytes. If the cause of the injury is removed the levels could decline below baseline due to a loss of hepatocytes. How long are you waiting after administering of the drug to measure these activity levels?
Have you done any necroscopy studies on these animals?

the treatment period was one week (7 consecutive days), then analysis of those parameters was done after 4 and 12 hrs since the last dose. I'm waiting now for the histopathological results to confirm the toxicity. Although damaging of hepatocytes will not result in this massive reduction of these parameters.
You are correct this data does not make sense given the description you have provided. Is the drug you are using to induce liver damage an established hepatotoxin?
