generally no, given that you store them at 4C and in the dark they last for quite some time. However, it depends on the goodness of your staining to begin with (is it a very good primary Ab? Is your signal to noise ratio very good?). For good staining I would not worry, for less than optimal stainings I would avoid giving them more than an ON 4C wash.
The other problem you'll face is degradation of your samples. Though they are fixed, they'll still degrade, and mounting seems to prevent this to a large extent. Good luck though.
