You must write to chief auditor of that journal for unpublishing of your article.

If you mean a predatory journal, I do not think they would remove your article after publication and after transferring the copyright. Trying to publish the same article in another journal, while already published in another (even predatory) journal will double your trouble.
To overcome such a challenge as an author you need to do due diligence to ascertain the caliber of the journal that you ought to publish your work. Since research is too involving it is better to consult your peers for guidance instead of rushing to the predator journals
Its best solution is to submit modified version of that paper in some good journal
