Exactly what type of DNA sequencing you are looking for? Is it whole genome sequencing ( methods like deep sequencing, solexa, ion torrent's pH based, etc.) or you want to sequence a stretch of DNA ( by chain termination method)?
I need all of these to report precisely in my assignment not a practical work
