Try using QIAamp DNA Mini Kit (50) from Qiagen.
I use either the QIAamp Mini Kit from Qiagen or a simple method of heating to lyse and then neutralizing. Depends on what purity is needed. Also, Zymo DNA Clean and Concentrator is good and easy.
Hi, I have a list of SNPs and I wan t to find the SNPs which are in the same LD blocks with them. Does anyone know a software or an online tool for that? Thanks
