What DNA extraction kits/methods do you use that produce good enough quantity/quality DNA to run Agilent arrays?

I have tried Gentra, QIAamp DNA Mini, and iGENatal v2. Gentra and iGENatal give good quality but poor concentrations/yield. QIAamp gives decent yields but poor quality. Goal is 2 ug at 20 ng/uL...

Does anyone have experience with the new (non-phenol/chloroform) iGENatal kit for Amniotic Fluid and CV?

Trying to increase yields from AF and CV. Not able to replicate what the manufacturer says they're able to obtain (2.4 ug from 500,000 cells).
