I need a good and simple protocole for nanodrop DNA measurement and flowcytometery in chlorella and chlamydomonas. could you please help me?

To measurement DNA content in chlorella and chlamydomonas we need a suitable method. Also we need determine DNA content by flowcytometery. There are a few report on algae flowcytometery and because of different structure in cell wall normal methods for the plant cell are not suitable for alage.

As far as I know, it is not a report of a successful estimate of the DNA content of these algae. Mazalová et al. (2011) suggested that modification of the enzyme mixture is necessary for microalgae those that contain alganan (Chlorella), and monads with a pellicle or chlamys (Chlamydomonas).
