I am trying to determine the actual evapotranspiration using soil water balance method. But cannot determine deep percolation. Could you please let me know if there's any method, formulas to estimate the DP. Thank you.

I would use the WEPP model. It estimates deep percolation as well as all other aspects of the hydrologic cycle on a daily basis. It is not the perfect model, but it is easier to use than some of the more complex hydrologic models. Let me know if you want to try it and I can give you more information about it.
