What is the melting cooperativity of elongated DNA? Does melting cooperativity increase as the length of DNA increases when assembling DNA organic molecule hybrid structures?.we have constructed DNA-oganic molecule-DNA structure, then extended by alternate assembly with its complementry structure.
Yes - Melting temperature (Tm) does increase with Length of the DNA molecule and the content of G and C in the sequence (higher the GC content. Higher is the Tm). I am not quite sure though of what you mean by assembling DNA hybrids. Do you mean DNA-RNA hybrids? if so - there is literature that suggests how ionic interactions with positive cations along the minor groove of a DNA-RNA hybrid stabilizes it much more than a DNA-DNA double strand.

Yes. Tm will increase with length of DNA depending upon G+C content. And as Subhojit explained,ionic interactions help stabilizing DNA hybrids.
